They stayed on the old device. Because nothing is uploaded, there is no copy for us to restore. If your old phone was included in an iCloud Backup, restoring that backup onto the new phone brings the app's local storage with it.
Reminders are local notifications scheduled by your own device, so a few device settings can suppress them:
Delete the app. Removing it removes its local storage, and the logs are gone permanently — they are not recoverable by you or by us.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel from there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, or it renews for another period.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue or reverse a charge.
Tap Restore on the SoreTrace Pro screen while online. If the subscription has lapsed, been cancelled, or been refunded, it will not unlock — that is working as intended.
No. It records how sore you say you feel and offers general stretch suggestions. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent anything, and it is not a medical device.
